What does a truck dispatch service do?
A truck dispatch service finds and books freight for you. We negotiate rates with brokers and check broker credit. We handle rate confirmations and load paperwork. We also plan lanes to cut deadhead, so you can focus on driving. Grow Trucking does this for owner-operators, small fleets, and larger carriers across the 48 contiguous states. We run dry van, reefer, flatbed, hotshot, box truck, and power-only equipment. You see your fee upfront. It is a percentage of linehaul by equipment type, or a flat weekly rate. There is no long-term contract and no forced dispatch.

How much does truck dispatch cost at Grow Trucking?
Owner-operators pick one of two fee plans. You can pay 3–10% of each load's linehaul revenue, based on your equipment. Or you can pay a flat $300 a week per truck. There is no signup fee and no contract. We take nothing on detention, layover, lumper reimbursement, or TONU.
