Truck Dispatch Service Pricing
Every fee, published in full. Pick the model that costs you the least.
How much does Grow Trucking's truck dispatch service cost?
Grow Trucking dispatches on one of three fee models, and you choose: a percentage of each load's linehaul revenue (4–6% reefer, 5–7% dry van and flatbed, 8–10% hotshot and box truck), a flat $300 per truck per week, or $40–60 per booked load. There is no signup fee, no long-term contract, and no forced dispatch — every rate is agreed before you start, and you approve every load before it's booked.
Pricing reviewed September 2026.
Which dispatch fee model should I choose?
All three cover the same service. The only difference is how the fee is calculated — pick whichever works out cheapest for your volume and rates.
Percentage of gross
4–10% of linehaul
A set percentage of each load’s linehaul revenue, by equipment type (4–6% reefer, 5–7% dry van and flatbed, 8–10% hotshot and box truck). You only pay when you get paid.
Best for: Owner-operators who want the dispatcher’s incentive aligned with rate — the harder they negotiate, the more you both make.
Flat weekly
$300 / week
One flat fee per truck per week, regardless of how many loads you run or what they pay. Predictable and easy to budget.
Best for: High-mileage operators and small fleets running consistent volume, where a flat fee works out cheaper than a percentage.
Per load
$40–60 / load
A flat fee per booked load. No fee on loads you decline or find yourself.
Best for: Carriers who run fewer, higher-paying loads, or who only need dispatch help part of the time.

What percentage does Grow Trucking charge by equipment type?
On the percentage model, the fee is a share of each load's linehaul revenue (not including fuel surcharge or accessorials).
| Equipment | Dispatch fee | Why this range |
|---|---|---|
| Dry Van | 5–7% | Standard freight; rate depends on lane mix and load volume. |
| Reefer | 4–6% | Lowest percentage — higher load values keep the dollar fee competitive. |
| Flatbed | 5–7% | Covers permit coordination and specialized load boards. |
| Hotshot | 8–10% | Smaller loads, more bookings per week, more broker calls per dollar of revenue. |
| Box Truck | 8–10% | High booking frequency on shorter, lower-revenue loads. |
| Power-only & specialized | Quoted per lane | Contact us — we'll quote based on lane mix and equipment. |
Flat-weekly ($300/truck) and per-load ($40–60) pricing is the same regardless of equipment type.

How does this compare to typical truck dispatch pricing?
Dispatch pricing across the industry is often vague — “5 to 10 percent” or “contact us for a quote.” Here is where Grow Trucking sits against the common ranges.
| Fee model | Typical industry range | Grow Trucking |
|---|---|---|
| Percentage of gross | 5–10%, often not published | 4–10% by equipment, published |
| Per load | $25–75 | $40–60 |
| Flat weekly | $150–400 / truck | $300 / truck |
| Contract / signup fee | Common | None |
| Fee on loads you find yourself | Sometimes charged | Never |
Industry ranges are general market observations, not claims about any specific company. Most truck dispatch services charge 5–10% of gross, and many do not publish the number at all.
