How does the Grow Trucking referral program work?
Refer any owner-operator or small fleet to Grow Trucking. Once the carrier you referred signs on and pays their first invoice, you choose your reward. You can take a flat $200 one-time payout. Or you can take 10% of whatever Grow Trucking bills that carrier every month, for as long as they stay a client. There is no limit on how many carriers you can refer. The team arranges payouts directly, not through an automated system.

After the carrier you referred signs on with Grow Trucking and pays their first invoice. That is when the referral counts as active and your reward is triggered. Nothing is owed before that.
It is 10% of whatever Grow Trucking bills that carrier for dispatch services each month. If the carrier is billed $2,000 for the month, you receive $200 that month. It continues for as long as they remain an active, dispatched client.
Yes. There is no cap. Each referral is tracked separately. You can mix reward types. Take the flat $200 on one referral and the recurring 10% on another.
No. Anyone can refer a carrier: current clients, past clients, or someone who has never dispatched with Grow Trucking at all.
Once your referral goes active, the Grow Trucking team reaches out directly to confirm your reward choice and arrange payment.
No reward is owed if the referred carrier does not become an active, paying client. There is no obligation on either side until their first invoice is paid.
