Refer a Carrier, Get Paid
Know an owner-operator or small fleet that needs a real dispatcher? Earn $120 once, or 10% every month, for every carrier you send our way.
How does the Grow Trucking referral program work?
Refer any owner-operator or small fleet to Grow Trucking. Once the carrier you referred signs on and pays their first invoice, you choose your reward: a flat $120 one-time payout, or 10% of whatever Grow Trucking bills that carrier every month, for as long as they stay a client. There is no limit on how many carriers you can refer, and payouts are arranged directly by the team rather than through an automated system.
