Hiring FAQs

No CDL is required. This is a sales and dispatch role, not a driving position. However, knowledge of the trucking industry and dispatch operations is a significant advantage.

Currently, both remote and on-site positions are open to candidates based in the United States only.

After reviewing your application, our hiring team will reach out for an initial phone screening (15–20 minutes), followed by a virtual or in-person interview with the Sales Manager. Final candidates will complete a short role-play sales scenario.

It is preferred but not required for the right candidate. If you have strong communication skills, a hunger to learn, and some background in trucking or logistics, we are happy to invest in your training.

Sales Executives earn 5%–10% commission on the gross revenue of every carrier account they bring on board. Commission is paid monthly with no cap. High performers consistently earn $4,000–$6,000 per month in total compensation.
